Fifth year undergraduate ceramics student at the State University of New York at New Paltz.
My current work is a series of material explorations in ceramics, jewelry, textiles and digital fabrication. I seek to form connections between opposite material and visual qualities through binaries such as hard/soft, static/biomorphic, handmade/machine-fabricated. My interests are rooted in traditional utilitarian feminine craft and the value of the objects we surround and adorn ourselves with as a source of pleasure and a link to our identity.
